Project management of selection, purchase and installation of fittings by Jane Dixon, ASID.

Hospitality Projects

"Setting a mood that works for guests." Jane has designed, planned and project managed functional and stylish spaces in high-profile hotels - Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton. Project complexities arise in ensuring replication of design in multiple rooms. So the design, project plan, and coordination must factor in how this is done.

Residential Projects

"Integrating custom and unique elements as a statement." High-end residential design projects can be more complex on a room-by-room basis than hospitality, in terms of items, restoration, installation, and upgrade of existing fittings. This requires a combination of strong design skills, and a tightly controlled project management approach.

Restoration Projects

"Making sure the work meets client vision, style and quality standards." A chosen piece may be antique or weathered, and not in best shape. Experts need to be engaged, and the project managed, to restore an item to client specifications and design theme. Logistics, timing and shipping must be closely coordinated.

Jane Dixon, ASID

"All the style, without the drama." Jane brings proven experience and skills as a project manager to her award-winning qualifications and industry expertise as an accredited Interior Designer. This means clients get style, imagination, and spaces that work, through closely managed projects, budgets and timelines.
